Redmond Neighborhoods

Redmond, famous as the home of Microsoft, is north of Bellevue and east of Kirkland. With a population over 80,000 and many parks and natural areas, Redmond is one of the more vibrant cities on the Eastside. With new Link 2 Line light rail service, it’s more accessible and commuter-friendly than ever!

Downtown Redmond

If you’re looking for a vibrant, urban environment, Downtown Redmond is the place for you. You’ll find easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment Downtown. Enjoy a mix of condos and townhomes plus a handful of single-family homes. The Sammamish River and several parks blend serene nature with urban convenience. Redmond Town Center is itself a regional destination.

Overlake

This area blends residential and commercial spaces. Overlake is known for its proximity to tech companies, making it a popular choice for professionals. You’ll find a variety of housing options, from condos to single-family homes.

Education Hill

If you value excellent schools and a family-friendly atmosphere, Education Hill is a great choice. Single-family homes comprise most housing in this neighborhood, known for its quiet streets and parks.

Sammamish Valley

For a more rural setting with larger lots and privacy, the Sammamish Valley is a great choice. It offers a beautiful landscape with wineries and farms. Housing options here are primarily larger single-family homes.

Bear Creek

This neighborhood provides a mix of housing options, including single-family homes and townhomes. Like other Redmond neighborhoods, it boasts fantastic parks and trails, particularly along the Bear Creek.

Grasslawn

If you’re looking for a quiet, residential neighborhood with single-family homes and strong community, Grasslawn is a good choice.

North Redmond

This area offers a mix of housing options, including single-family homes and townhomes. It’s great for commuters too, with convenient access to amenities and transportation.

Willows/Rose Hill

For a mix of housing styles, including single-family homes and some townhomes, this area offers a convenient location with easy access to parks and shopping.
